Shipping policy

Along with weather delays out of our control, many businesses are still understaffed, which could affect shipping and transit times. We'll continue to strive to get our amazing customers their orders as quickly as possible.

Most orders ship within 7 to 14 business days after the order has been placed.

If your package is lost or stolen, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier.

Once the investigation is complete, if your item is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address we will replace your items or issue a refund if they are not available. However, if the shipping carrier determines the package was delivered to the correct address we are unable to issue a refund.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered. We are not responsible for mis-delivered packages due to an incorrect shipping address being entered, or if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We reserve the right to charge a flat $8.00 fee if under 1lb, or $10.00 if over 1lb to re-ship the order to the correct address.
