Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. We do not offer refunds, only store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Credit will be only for the merchandise and not for shipping charges unless the product has a defect or is damaged.

Once your return is received you will be notified by email.
We recommend shipping returns/exchanges with a tracking number. Rambler Outfitters Company LLC is not responsible for any lost returns.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
